Huipil Bag - Large Square Chichicastenango Roses 2

These bags were made by the Mayans, recycled out of the beautiful hand-woven and embroidered traditional clothing known as huipils. Each village has a unique style of embroidery. Every bag is a one-of-a-kind piece of folk art and comes with a tag explaining its origin and the town that it's from. This bag is from the town of Chichicastenango. Size 14 1/2" x 13 1/2" not including fringe.
