Huipil Pillow - Patzun Flowers 3 ***SOLD***

The embroidery on this pillow is exceptional. This pillow cover was made from a huipil or woman's shirt from the Guatemalan Mayan village of Patzun. Patzun huipils are beautifully embroidered with flowers on a hand woven dark red striped cotton fabric. The square in the center of the pillow would have been the neck of the original huipil. Size 20" x 20", zippered on the back for your 18" insert.
