Ordering
Fax us toll-free at 1-800-610-9894, or use the online shopping cart to send us your order. Minimum opening wholesale order $100. Please include sales tax number or Federal Tax I.D. with your first order. Back orders under $25.00 will be cancelled.

Shipping
We will do our best to get you the best deal on shipping. We don't charge a handling fee and we'll ship with Canada Post, FedEx or Canpar, whichever is cheaper. In the interest of a greener earth, we use recycled packing materials wherever possible. Orders are shipped FOB Stratford, Ontario, Canada.

Payment Terms
After placing your order, we'll check the shipping prices, add any taxes that apply, and call or e-mail you with the total. We accept Visa, Mastercard or money order. Credit Card orders are billed on the day of shipment for products shipped.

Privacy Policy
If you've entrusted us with your email address, we will never sell or share it. That would be wrong.

Returns
We check the quality ourselves, but if it's not up to par, let us know. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Please notify us within 10 days of any problems. Any refused shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and freight charges both ways. Any merchandise damaged or lost in transit must be directly claimed with carrier, keep shipping carton for inspection. Most products are handcrafted and will have some variation in color, design and size as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws.
