Huipil Bag - Large Square Chichicastenango Zigzag Diamonds Red

This bag was made by the Mayans, recycled out of the beautiful hand-woven and embroidered traditional clothing known as huipils. Each village has a unique style of embroidery. The bag comes with a tag explaining its origin and the town that it's from. I have a pair of these available made from the same huipil with the same center panel but slightly different ikat designs. Size 15" x 13" not including the fringe.
