Beautiful example of hand embroidery with tiny stitches portraying roses that are almost Victorian in design embroidered on a deep red wool. This throw-pillow cover is made from a Mayan woman's huipil, or blouse. The subtle ikat fabric on the back is made from a traditional skirt. This pillow is one-of-a-kind. When it's gone, it's gone.
